IN THE BEGINNING THERE WAS DIRT
If you ever had the good fortune to eat at Nora's Table while it was around - the one thing you knew is that owner/chef Kathy Watson cared passionately about what she was doing. The food was eclectic and excellent. Kathy has since handed over the reigns to a new owner, and is diving back into a previous career of writing. I had the good fortune to spend a couple of hours with her a few weeks back and she put together an extremely gracious article about food waste, soil health and Dirt Hugger.
